## Description

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), under a Prime Contract for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), herewith solicits your proposal for the procurement of scintillating fibers for the Forward Electromagnetic Calorimeter (FEMC) to be used at the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) managed by Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), as a subsystem of the EIC detector.
