Background: BNL is a Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratory multidisciplinary research facility, located on Long Island, New York. BNL intends to compete the subject requirement, to be utilized within the United States. This requirement will provide for full and open competition. Note: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Need: BNL has the following requirements: Please see attached Statement of Work and Technical Specifications. BNL expects to make one (1) award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing (Size Standard, 1,000 employees), and the applicable PSC is 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. BNL intends to issue solicitation RFQ-442105 in support of this requirement by April 5, 2024. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm Fixed Price contract. At this time, BNL anticipates award date to be around June 28, 2024. Delivery Date: BNL requires delivery of end item document package by 25 weeks after award of contract.
