## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Engineering support for LHD8/LHA6 class of ships for MV3000 Auxiliary Propulsion System on a sole source basis from General Electric International INC. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
