The NAICS code for this procurement is 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The requirement consists of furnishing and delivering three (3) RMT 4000 Fire Suppressor Systems for the 302nd SQDN located at Fort Hood, TX. This action is being competed as other than full and open competition. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available. However, all responsible sources who believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 1:00 PM Central Time on May 11, 2026.
