Global Service Proxy (GSP) requirements under contract number HM047622C0008 (GSP II Bridge) are currently scheduled to expire on 17 July 2026. The extension will support continued Operations and Sustainment (O&S) and Development for the GSP system until a follow-on contract can be responsibly competed and potentially transitioned to a new vendor. Therefore, no competition is being sought at this time. This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any responsible sources that believes it can meet this requirement may submit a capability statement in sufficient detail with supporting evidence to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement, which shall be considered by the NGA.
