Monroe Street; Suite 4400, Chicago, IL 60661 Eglin Air force Base has a requirement for Spillman Flex Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System. This system focuses on optimizing emergency response and communication across diverse operational domains, including fire, police, Security Forces, EMS, and the command post. This system is a central component of the Eglin AFB Innovations Program. This system integrates with critical systems at the Eglin Emergency Control Center. Motorola Solutions, Inc. is the original manufacturer and service provider for the Spillman Flex Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System. Motorola’s Flex CAD System is controlled and patented. There are no other authorized distributors or service providers of Motorola’s Spillman Flex CAD System. Market Research Assessment determined that Motorola Solutions, Inc. is the best acquisition path and will be of the largest benefit to the Government. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail, and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
