State of the Delivery and Rental Items - The Contractor shall be responsible to maintain and ensure the BSVE condition is fully operational during the time of delivery. The rental services includes Contractor delivering BSVE with a full tank of fuel to the designated site. The exception of this maintenance responsibility is when foul is caused by the Government operators. The equipment shall be provided to the Government with full tank of fuel.
