## Description

NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD – The 60th Contracting Squadron has awarded a sole source contract to Phillips Corporation (CAGE: 3MPQ0) for the acquisition of a Mastercam Seat (Software) and 5-day training IAW Statement of Work (SOW) The firm fixed price contract was awarded under FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared.
