The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,615 ANSI/BOMA office area and 3 adjacent surface parking spaces. The space must be located within 2 miles of Washington State Department of Ecology and have a local uninterrupted power supply for IT purposes. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,615 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,815 Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
