## Description

The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,500.00/RSF (Rentable Square Feet) of general storage space but not more than 4,950.00/ RSF. Ready for use by tenant to store furniture, equipment, etc. Lease shall be fully service to include Utilities, Janitorial Services, Pest Control, HVAC Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, etc. (Including to the loading doors access, quality control and fuel, as needed for the Generator Back-Up).
