(ABOA): 4,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Additional Requirements: Offered space’s floor load should support use as fitness center facility. Shower and locker facilities are required as part of tenant buildout. Offered space must be accessible 24/7, including use of elevators, restrooms, lights, and normal office equipment.
