Must have an existing infrastructure for database and high computing systems. Must be within proximity to a hospital system for immediate clinical and research support, emergency care services, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) capabilities. Must have facility access to loading docks, IT and telecommunication rooms, bottled gas and chemical waste rooms, and on-site diesel generator. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
