In a multi-tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked on no more than two (2) floors. In a single tenant building, contiguous space can be stacked and there are no restrictions on the number of floors. Building must accommodate antennas or satellite dishes on the roof. A freight elevator is required if the space, or a portion of the space, is above the first floor. Approximately 3,500 ABOA SF of conditioned warehouse space for vehicle storage to include: Roll-up door with at-grade entry. Roll-up door must be a minimum of 16 feet clear.
