The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this commercially available requirement is 513130 – Book Publishers having a Small Business Administration’s (SBA) size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. The Government does not anticipate receiving additional responses to this notice. Market research identified four (4) small businesses that were interested and capable of providing a quote for this requirement. However, according to the publisher, an incremental price increase is anticipated on 3 February 2025 and the other contractors are unable to deliver before this potential price increase and in addition are unable to meet the Government’s required delivery date.
