The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this commercially available requirement is 513130 – Book Publishers having a Small Business Administration’s (SBA) size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. The Government does not anticipate receiving additional responses to this notice. Market research identified four (4) small businesses that were interested and capable of providing a quote for this requirement. However, according to the publisher, an incremental price increase is anticipated on 3 February 2025 and the other contractors are unable to deliver before this potential price increase and in addition are unable to meet the Government’s required delivery date. Interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to jill.van_plew@us.af.mil with a copy to gary.beck@us.af.mil no later than 30 January 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Time.
