## Description

General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is seeking feedback on updated guidance for MAS Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTAs). To support its review, GSA FAS is issuing a Request For Information (RFI) to all Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contractors. Currently, FAS provides CTA guidance at the following on GSA.gov (see link below). FAS has drafted revised language along with a proposed CTA template which are attached to this notice for review.

We encourage all MAS stakeholders to review the attached documents and provide responses to the following 4 questions: Do you have a specific question about how CTAs under MAS work? In your opinion, what is the most common point of confusion related to CTAs on MAS? What is the biggest challenge for vendors using CTAs on MAS? What is the biggest challenge for customers using CTAs on MAS? Responses to each of these 4 questions along with any other feedback should be sent to MASRFI@gsa.gov no later than 9/16/2024.

In addition to written responses, stakeholders may contact GSA to schedule an appointment to provide verbal feedback to GSA by sending a request to MASRFI@gsa.gov no later than 9/16/2024. As always, we thank you for your continued partnership.
