## Description

The U.S Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) is considering modifying existing the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Quality Assurance/Peer Reviews W912QR21D0001 with Michael Baker International, Inc W912QR21D0002 with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Inc W912QR21D0003 with Toland & Mizell Architects, Inc W912QR21D0004 with Barge/Emerison Joint Venture W912QR21D0005 with Burgess & Niple-Heapy LLC to add FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, in accordance with AFARS 5117.290, Addition of option clause or quantities to contracts after award, and FAR 6.304, Approval of the Justification, to add the option for a 6-month extension to the period of performance.
