## Description

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) was granted the authority via a class deviation memo for use of personal service contracts on 5 November 2004 from the Department of Justice, The Assistant Attorney General for Administration. The ninety-four (94)D istricts and Justice Prisoner Alien Transportation Systems (JPATS) recruit potential personal service employees through this an open posting on sams.gov (in lieu of previous bulletin board postings.
