## Description

The United States Postal Service (Postal Service) issues this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of conducting and obtaining market information to support the Plant and Process Modernization Operational needs for Utility Vehicles. Utility vehicles consist of Electric Burder Carriers, Electric Stock Chasers, Electric Personnel Carriers, and Outdoor Electric or Gas Grounds Vehicles.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be utilizing utility vehicles (electric and/or gas) to be used by maintenance and operational personnel to support the new Regional Processing Distribution Centers (RPDC). Electric utility vehicles will be used in the interior of the building and electric or gas utility vehicles will be used for the maintenance of the exterior grounds.

Requirements The technical requirements and objectives of the Utility Vehicle program are described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The USPS is seeking information and responses from suppliers that are capable of providing utility vehicles and meeting the requirements contained in the SOW. Information provided in response to this RFI will be evaluated in finalizing the requirements for the potential Request For Proposal (RFP).

Responding to this RFI Interested suppliers responding to this RFI should provide information that addresses the requirements as described in the SOW and shall include, at a minimum, the following:

A technical response to the SOW requirements is sufficient, in the sole determination of the USPS, in demonstrating an understanding the Utility Vehicle Requirements. Information detailing the supplier’s current and past history and experience in providing the offered equipment. Information to sufficiently demonstrate the supplier’s financial and organizational capability, including relevant past performance history and information demonstrating the financial strength (e.g., available annual reports, SEC Filings, balance sheets or income statements). Dun & Bradstreet information and rating should be included. Company information to include:

company name, any subsidiaries or associated companies, company address, company website, company overview, and Point of Contact name and phone number/email address.
