## Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

**1-5 Year Option Additional Requirements:** 91 visitor parking spaces commercially available within ¼ mile. 109 employee parking spaces commercially available within 1,000 feet of the building. Up to two consecutive floors are acceptable, a minimum of 14,395 SF must be one of those floors for public use. Loading dock and or access to freight elevator. Space to achieve LEED ID+C. The space will require a loading and unloading zone for pallet sized deliveries.

Ground level deliveries are acceptable assuming there is an easily accessible route to the building and freight elevators. Path to the freight elevator must have corridors that allow for the moving/turning of a pallet and pallet jack. The door opening width for the elevator cab must be a minimum of 44” and the cab must be deep enough to allow for a standard pallet sized load to fit.

Successful offeror must demonstrate how this requirement will be met and acceptability of the plan will need to be approved by USCIS and GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
