## Description

The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to provide Strategic Energy Manager (SEM) expertise to support sustainment of certification of the most recent International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS) for the WR-ALC at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA.
