Nanocellect Biomedical Inc. has the equipment we need to provide service for equipment that we need to maintain. The manufacturer of the NanoCellect does not certify or authorize any 3rd party service companies to work on the Wolf G2. That is due to the novelty and technical advancements of the WOLF G2 and the need for only NanoCellect trained Engineers to perform any required repairs or preventative maintenance on the WOLF G2 to ensure its OEM intended operation If any work is done on the instrument through a third party that would void any remaining warranty and/or service contract, and proper functionality will not be assured by the OEM. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1).
