## Description

**PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:** THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY PROVIDED. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis -McChord (JBLM), Washington anticipates issuing a solicitation for a single award Firm Fixed Price contract to be performed Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or around 6 March 2024 with a projected close date of 4 April 2024, 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).

The projected site visit will be held at JBLM on Wednesday, 13 March 2024, at 10:00AM PST. Instructions for site visit will be posted in soliciatation. Tentative Description of Requirement (details may change once solicitation is released) 1. The Contractor shall inspect, condition rate, and geolocate the stormwater pipeline system and manholes throughout Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM).

This service contract covers all geographic areas of the military installation within Pierce and Thurston Counties, Washington, which are owned or operated by the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). Due to the high ground water table and the surface elevation of creeks on JBLM, some stormwater pipes were designed to have standing water in them. Some of these lines during the dry summer season but may stay wet all year long.

a) Inspection of Manholes, the contractor shall perform a Level 2 inspection of manhole conditions, determined based on inspections.

b) Contractor shall dispose of all accumulated waste c) Contractor shall clean all Sewer Lines, Manholes and Structures, including concrete and masonry surfaces. The Contractor shall completely remove grease, laitance, loose bricks, mortar, unsound concrete, loose or damaged wall mounted steps, and other materials or debris. d) In case of additional requirements the Government will require the Contractor to perform outside the Contractor’s monthly schedule 2. The Government intends to include option year CLINS (all Quoters are required to price those CLINS)
