## Description

This revised RFC removes all Help Desk related scope and terminology. References to incidents, tickets, case management, HR or Safety, and other ITSM concepts have been eliminated to align its D-X requirement with its intended logistics and XaaS-domain focus. These removals are reflected in the updated document.
