This requirement will be solicited utilizing the OASIS+ Managment & Advisory (M&A) domain as a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be posted on GSA eBUY (https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy/). The estimated Draft Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (DFOPR) will be open for 15 days, with a release date of January 31, 2025. The DFOPR will close on February 14, 2025. Questions from Industry will be due to the Government no later than (NLT) DFOPR closing date of February 14, 2025. Final Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) estimated for release on March 19, 2025 with proposals due NLT April 16, 2025. All future communications regarding TACS will be posted to GSA eBuy ONLY.
