## Description

Fermilab is seeking to procure bar grating and saddle clips. Please see attached Fermilab RFP 388000kmb and associated documentation. Please review the RFP document fully, as it outlines how to submit a complete proposal package.

Proposal Due Date: 5:00 PM CT, Friday, November 6, 2026

Submitting a complete proposal package includes:

1.           Proposal with lead time

2.           RFP 388000kmb

3.           SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (PROC-FRM-100 v1.0) – If not completed within the last year

4.           PROC-FRM-466 - Proposal Certifications (v1.0)

Amendment 01, dated October 23, 2026 - This Amendment adds the file "RFP 388000kmb Amendment 01" to the list of attachments. This Amendment provides clarification to the technical specifications. No other Terms have changed.
