All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits. A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 09:30 AM, Central Daylight Time, April 15, 2026. Participants should meet (email ginakern@fnal.gov to receive Procurement Point of Contact) at the entrance to the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (FWAC) before being escorted to Pine Street Asphalt Overlay project site.
