Specifically, the CHCO serves as the Information Workforce Division (IWD) Director at Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I). Market research has concluded that I4CP is the sole-source provider of its products and services for federal customers. Therefore, the government intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of this membership – I4CP, INC. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered.
