## Description

AMENDMENT 01 - ADD QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS AND CHANGE CLOSING DATE OF RFP Questions and Answers are included in the Amendment 01 document. Extend the closing date for Request for Proposal to Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 3:00 pm CST. Add Exhibit U - DUNE Cold Lab Egress Doors - Existing Electrical Drawings.

CHANGE TO CLOSING DATE AND QUESTIONS DUE DATE The Questions Close Date has been changed to April 3, 2026. The RFP Close Date has been changed to April 10, 2026 at 3:00 pm CDT.

Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is soliciting proposals providing Construction of New Egress Doors and Egress Modifications at the HEERC DUNE Cold Lab as defined in the Scope of Work. The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the install of new Egress Doors and Egress Modifications and all exhibits. This requirement also has a requirement for an optional Egress Door.

All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 09:00 AM, Central Daylight Time, March 25, 2026. Participants should email ginakern@fnal.gov with the name(s), company name, email address(s), and telephone number(s) of all those attending for the Point of Contact you will be meeting at Fermilab Welcome and Access Center. See RFP for detailed information. Please review the requirements of the solicitation Questions Close on Friday, March 27, 2026 at 5:00 pm CST.

All questions must be submitted in writing to ginakern@fnal.gov. The Request for Proposal (RFP) CLOSES on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 3:00 pm CST. Please email your proposals with all required documents to ginakern@fnal.gov.
