## Description

Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC. (HMIS) requests for lease proposals for Safeguard and Security Facility The requested work is in support of Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract (HMESC) Prime Contract 89303320DEM000031 with the U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Office. This scope of work is to provide approximately 33,000 RSF, not to exceed 38,000 RSF of general office space to be located in Richland Washington. The initial term of the lease is anticipated to be 10 years.
