It is anticipated that This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238150 Glass and Glazing Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 05/06/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed above no later than 4/29/26. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 04/23/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Station Little Creek located at 1000 Abbott Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455.
