Work includes the design, install, test, and commission a complete and operational Notifier Fire Alarm System. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code of 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $25.0M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by COB (1700) Eastern Time on 05/29/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and jackson.a.wysor2@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1449 and pricing are completed before emailing.
