## Description

The scope of work for this project includes all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform a complete maintenance on the Quentin Walsh Budling’s HVAC system. During said maintenance contractors shall conduct a flush of the HVAC water system, perform an inspection on the (FCU’s) Fan Coil Units to identify operational issues and provide a written list of recommendations.
