## Description

**1. PURPOSE:** This amendment is being issued to reiterate previously provided guidance concerning pre-solicitation status update protocol. Your demonstrated capacity to abide by explicit guidance at this stage of the acquisition lifecycle can serve as an indicator of your propensity toward the same capacity at later stages of the acquisition lifecycle. All other information remains unchanged by this amendment.
