## Description

Grounds maintenance services at Miramar National Cemetery. Purpose of amendment 0004 is to correct CLIN quantities on the following CLIN series: CLIN 0002-2002 changed to state a quantity of 500 and the unit of measure is "EA; CLIN 0003-2003 changed to state a quantity of 1,000 and the unit of measure is "EA;" and CLIN 0004-2004 changed to state a quantity of 10,500 and the unit of measure is "EA." As a result, a revised performance work statement (dated 07/15/2026) replaces prior versions and a revised "MIRAMAR NC PriceSched" Excel spreadsheet (dated 07/16/2026) is attached. Deadline for proposals has been extended to 7/24/2026.
