## Description

Provide one mail meter the meets the following requirements. -USPS IMI Compliant -Compatible with USPS Centralized Meter License System 5013145571 -Annual lease payable in one lump sum -Annual supply of $800 in postage -Easy USPS postage refill process/account -Includes integrated scale for letters and flats -Job reporting of quantities and price per unit -Two replacement ink cartridges per year -One replacement waste tank and waste pad tray per year -Max footprint of 3' wide x 2' deep x 2.5' tall -USB/ethernet connectivity to PC for postage and software updates (VA Internet/WiFi NOT available) -Maintenance/service/repair as needed to ensure quality/availability -Ability to lock/control access 2. Maintenance Requirements -Manufacturer qualified technicians shall perform the installation and service of all equipment supplied under the contract. -Installation includes shipping, delivery, copier set-up, and initial training. -Training shall include instruction on typical non-technical maintenance. -Maintenance shall include all labor and parts required for scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance, including lubrication, due to normal use of the equipment.

Technicians responding to provide service hereunder must be adequately knowledgeable and equipped with parts and manuals to ensure timely completion of work. -Preventative Maintenance (PM) Checks, based on manufacturer recommendations. The PM check will consist of cleaning, lubricating parts, and checking for the condition of consumable parts. During the PM check, the technician will ensure that the latest software updates are installed.
