Services include but are not limited to: mowing & removal of debris/grass clipping, trim/edge, sweeping and/or blowing off roads & walkways, trash, debris, leaf & fall leaf removal, snow & ice removal, raise & lower US flag, and vertebrate pest control. The agency intends for the work to commence on December 16, 2024. The proposed contract action is for ninety (90) days of services which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-5(Authorized or required by statute FAR 6.302-5) and FAR 12.6 (Streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) 819.7007(Sole Source Awards to a Verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business).
