This amendment is to include and remove Provisions/Clauses that were left out or included in the original solicitation by mistake. The Provisions that are to be added are FAR 52.252-5 and VAAR 852.232-71. The Clauses that are to be added are FAR 52.252-6, 52.222-4, 52.227-4, VAAR 852.236-71, 852.223-70. The Clauses that are to be removed are VAAR 852.219-70 and 852.219-74. See continuation page for details. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
