Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 NOTICE OF IFB BID SOLICITATION CANCELLATION On behalf of the National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Contracting Construction Department, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs; intends to Cancel IFB Solicitation No. 36C78625B0007, for the Beverly National Cemetery, under Project No. 804CM3021; Project description: Repairs and Improvements Design Project, Historic Site.

On 24 March 2025 @ 1330 a Virtual Bid Opening was conducted for project above and Bid Prices are Unreasonably high, therefore, the Contracting Office has made the determination to Cancel the IFB in it s entirely In Accordance With (IAW) FAR PART 14.404-1 (c) (6) Cancellation of invitations after Bid Opening and resolicit at a later date.

**NOTE:** The above referenced Solicitation is Cancelled in its Entirety. The Cancellation is in the Best Interest of the Government.
