The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue Solicitation number 36C78625B0006 full Specifications, entitled, 935-MM23/25-011, FCA Deficiencies Repairs, Omaha National Cemetery on or about February 3, 2025, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. THIS OPPORTUNITY SHALL BE FOR A 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB) ONLY. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is restricted to SDVOSB construction firms. The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Contractor to provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Material, Parts, Equipment, Supplies, etc., necessary to provide construction services to provide various FCA Deficiencies Repairs (addressing defective Fire Alarm, Electrical issues, Alarms, Lighting, Water Damage, Sidewalk and Curt concrete/asphalt, Fencing and Plaque refurbishing) at the Ohama National Cemetery , as will be further defined and described in accordance in the Government s Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. The Government anticipates the award of one (1), FFP contract, with an anticipated Period of Performance (POP) of ninety-one (91) calendar days after issuance of the Government s Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is Z1QA Maintenance or Restoration of Real Property (Public or Private). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Business Size Standard for this procurement is $45.0 million dollars. The Magnitude of Construction estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Interested bidders will not be required to furnish a Bid Bond; and Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for contract awarded at or greater than $150,000. The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to issue the official IFB solicitation on or about January 20, 2025, with the anticipated bid opening around March 14, 2025.
