The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Request for Proposal (RFP). This project will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract that will include both Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Wages. The Contractor shall deliver fully functional, turnkey type facilities and infrastructure as described in this document. Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and design services necessary to construct this project per the scope of work. The Contractor shall provide all design drawings, shop drawings, and certificates as well as calculations prior to the beginning of construction. The Contractor shall obtain and furnish all permits necessary for the project in accordance with FAR 52.236-7, Permits and Responsibilities. The facility in this project shall be complete and usable to meet codes and technical and functional requirements per this SOW. The period of performance will be for 180 calendar days. The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the business size standard is $45 Million.
