## Description

Solicitation Description The Contractor will provide all Management, Supervision, Labor, Material, Parts, and Equipment necessary to provide complete construction services to Restore the Historically significant Honor Guard Building at the Dayton National Cemetery the work shall include but will not be limited to General Conditions, General Construction, Structures, Walks, Grading, Drainage, Landscaping, Structural, Electrical, Utility systems, and other items of work necessary to restore the Historically significant Honor Guard Building as described in the contract documents, Statement of Work, applicable Specifications and Drawing.

All work/services performed must adhere to National Cemetery Administration standards. The Contractor will have one hundred eighty-one (181) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to complete the work.
