Renovate and Expand Maintenance Bldg 3001 and Repair and Repave Asphalt Roads at Fort Custer National Cemetery.

The Contractor shall provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Materials, Parts, and equipment, etc., necessary to Renovate and Expand Maintenance Bldg 3001 and Repair and Repave Asphalt Roads at Fort Custer National Cemetery; the work shall include, but will not limited to, General Conditions, General Construction, Structures, Alterations, Roads, Parking, Walks, Grading, Drainage, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications and Security work, Utility systems, the necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain of other items in accordance with the drawing and specifications.
