This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Parts 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and 12.102(b) Restricting competition.. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611620 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $9 Million. Justification: This requirement is needed to support Adaptive Sports for the NVSSC. An estimated 300 participants including Veterans will be participating. The Office of National Veterans Sports Programs and Special Events (NVSPSE) provide adaptive sports medicine and therapeutic arts for Veterans to improve their independence, health, well-being, and quality of life in accordance with 38 U.S.C. && 322 and 521. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs requires structured, professionally managed adaptive sports and wellness services to support rehabilitation, physical activity, and community reintegration of Veterans participating in the NVSSC.
