The Government contemplates award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide an electrical power study including arc flash risk evaluation and mitigation requirements in accordance with NFPA 70E, 2024 Edition, of all electrical breakers, electrical distribution panels, automatic transfer switches, transformers, and emergency generator systems (generator and breakers) at the CRRC facility. The Government anticipated period of performance of 180 days after the NTP. A solicitation and request for quote will not be posted to FBO as this will be a direct award to one SDVOSB. A Request for Proposal will be issued directly to Enviros LLC. This pre-solicitation notice does not constitute a Request for Quote or Request for Proposal.
