The new building will be a 1-story approximately 14,977 SF building with limited site work as required to gain access to the building, including drive isles, pedestrian sidewalks, and handicap parking spaces. The proposed facility is a PRRC (Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center) which consists of office/treatment rooms, group rooms, Occupational Therapy, and other support spaces. The goal of the project is to successfully relocate and consolidate this practice area into a single building. Work includes specialized construction labor & supervision for architectural, mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and demolition work as required by provided construction documents. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered.
