These services are in support of the new James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center in Tulsa, OK at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74127. Vicinity Energy Inc. is the only utility which can provide both steam and chilled water for the new VAMC. Project Information: The requirement will be for a ten-year agreement to provide both steam and chilled water including all necessary work to expand capacity to meet the hospital s requirements and add redundant service and capacity to meet N+1 requirement for the VA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice will remain open for 10 business days.
