## Description

The United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), under its Enhanced-Use Leasing (EUL) authority (38 U.S.C. §§ 8161 to 8169) is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (RFQ or Solicitation), seeking competitive responses from qualified organizations (Offerors) in redeveloping certain underutilized vacant buildings (described in Attachment A) on the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) Eugene Towbin campus in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
