## Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77625Q0104 VAKN COMPASS MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM February 12, 2025 The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) needs to replace the Crystal Monitor and Control system with a new Compass Uplink Monitor and Control system (Brand Name or Equal). This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201.

The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Wednesday February 12, 2025 and quotes will be due on Thursday February 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).

To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at ronald.shelko@va.gov and michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
