VISN 16 Medical Gases This is a tiered solicitation, open to all business sizes and socioeconomic categories. All interested businesses, regardless of size are encouraged to submit a quote. The order of priority will be consistent with VAAR 819.7005. **NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS** This solicitation uses tiered evaluations. The tiers are:

**One:** Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)

**Two:** Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB)

**Three:** HUBZone and 8(a)

**Small Businesses Four:** All other small business concerns Five: Large Businesses
